Describe the documentation update

As an open source project the code_of_conduct and contributing file should be present in repository to guide contributor about rules and regulation for working on codebase.

Why is this needed?

This are the part of opensource project environment.

Refactoring Readme to include:

license badge
proper alignment and including links and redirection to contributing,md and code of conduct file
showing star history for project repository
