0.8 Alpha skills, items, pyinstaller, double inventory bug update

• New skills.py, items.py, and ascii.py files.
• Setting up and testing PyInstaller (to make executables).
• Fixed double inventory bug.
• New debug mode, which runs through all the actions to the end.
• Only have executable for Mac so far (download TenseiPy_0_8A.zip).
