Telegram Notification Image Process Failure

Hi! thanks for providing this code. As I seem to be one of the few users using Frigate without HA, I was looking exactly for this. I got it working and communicating with MQTT/Frigate and according to logs it does process alerts. However, when trying to send it to telegram it fails with the message:

Any ideas on how to cure that? I've read on some other occasions that this happens with trailing / at the end of the submitted URLs but I am too little knowledgeable in programming. thanks for your help!

After a few attempts to re-deploy and re-configure I made it work; however still don't know what triggered the above message
