local Conditional forwarding

Hello,
I would like the local DNS server to return the ip currently available for my son's pc (“arto” domain) which has two RJ45 (192.168.2.35) and WiFi (192.168.2.25) interfaces.
This is what blocky can do.
Basically:

• Test if IP 192.168.2.35 is up
• If yes, return it
• If not, return 192.168.2.25

If blocky can't do it, do you have any idea how I can solve this problem?
