Develop HabitatDiamondFactory

⚡️ Challenge:

We need a HabitatDiamondFactory contract that will be deploing all DAOdiamonds and register it, requiring only one tx to deploy any DAOset which is making UX good.

• at least one working use case

🎯 Action Points:

• improve Mananagement System interface
• implement correct encoding design
• implement decoding scheme
• write additional helper contracts (e.i. facets) if needed
• adjust existing codebase if needed
• create new bounties to implement contracts that are not exist yet, but which will be used by HabitatFactory (facets and init contracts)
• implement input, analyzing, setup and deploying logic
• write test case for one use case
