[RPC] TX response has chainId field always as 0x0 #3775

System information

zkEVM Node version: v0.7.1

The following endpoints returning TX information are always setting the chainId field with 0x0:

eth_getTransactionByHash
eth_getBlockByNumber
eth_getBatchByNumber
eth_getTransactionByBlockNumberAndIndex
eth_getTransactionByBlockHashAndIndex
