Operational requirements, it is mentioned that "Cloud Deployments" are a required skill set. However the govt stated that Windows Server 2012 R2 and Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) Server 6.x are the anticipated deployment environments. Can the government confirm if the code will be deployed to an on prem DoS environment, or if a deployment environment such as AWS can be used
