Describe the bug
Prioritizing tech barelay makes any difference

To Reproduce
prioritize techs/tech category at game start. Just play and see the little bit prioritized techs are ahead.
Play with 1x speed. With max speed it seems even worst. Your prioritized techs can be slower then non prioritized.

Expected behavior
Prioritizing techs should be meaningfull. allmost all or all research should go to that.
