最新版需要自己手动在文件里面放入hysteria的核心和文件才能够使用，希望能够将hysteria核心加入v2rayN中 |

hysteria协议项目地址：https://github.com/HyNetwork/hysteria
hysteria协议是基于udp协议的，或者说是基于QUIC协议的，随着HTTP/3的普及，此协议可能将会替代 TCP 成为承载 Web 流量的主流协议。
优点：大大提高带宽，有效降低延时
缺点：基于UDP，占用高，而且目前国内运营商可能对UDP限流，但是在协议伪装的作用下，目前没有遇到
