The description should be published in English language

In my opinion, the primary language in V2ray should be English. As you know, Many people in the world with different languages use V2ray.
I don't understand what features were added in version 6.0. Most of the descriptions on GitHub are in Chinese.

Yeah, it would be a good idea to add an English description alongside the Chinese description. That will make the project more inclusive.
