also, how is it supposed that H+Ti02=Ti+Ar? or it consumes the Argon too? (i looked for this formula but there's nothing)

Interesting, I forget to expose a fluid capability?

The recipe is suppose to be 2H2+TiO2 = Ti + 2H2O with at least 1000mB argon (not consumed). Not sure if it is still working; it has been a long while.

oh ok, maybe the argon could be added in the lower part of the GUI just above the inventory, to avoid be confused with an output liquid.

(mmm, even maybe there could be an option to consume the argon, it has so little uses even with Rockhounding mod: Chemistry)
