[issue] [Dev environment] Crash when right-click the Chemical Reactor

What is happening
When i try to enter to the GUI of the Chemical Reactor, i get a crash

Steps
1.- Enter to a world
2.- Right-Click the Chemical Reactor
3.- Crash

+This issues was splited from #56 to have a cleaner Issues section

+and well, i also need to say that i'm using CraftTweaker as a lib inside /libs instead of the code that is used here because i get this crash, i built the dev environment many times but i still get it, although i don't think that it should cause this issue right?

Continuing our conversation in the issue number 56, the modder called Enginecrafter77 did me a favor to help me to fix the crash when you try to open the GUI, so all credit to him.

1.- First, change these 2 lines of code
from this:

		if (type == IItemHandler.class) {
			return type.cast(new ItemHandlerView());
		} else if (type == IFluidHandler.class) {
			return type.cast(new FluidHandlerView());
		} else {

to this:

		if (IItemHandler.class.isAssignableFrom(type)) {
			return type.cast(new ItemHandlerView());
		} else if (IFluidHandler.class.isAssignableFrom(type)) {
			return type.cast(new FluidHandlerView());
		} else {

.
.

2.- Change the type of the lines 231 and 232

from this:

		final IItemHandlerModifiable input = this.input.createHandler(IItemHandlerModifiable.class);
		final IItemHandlerModifiable output = this.output.createHandler(IItemHandlerModifiable.class);

to this:

		final IItemHandler input = ((MultiTypeStorage) this.input).createHandler(IItemHandler.class);
		final IItemHandler output = this.output.createHandler(IItemHandler.class);

and add the necessary casts below
Example:

				.withStandardSlot((IItemHandlerModifiable) input, 0, 40, 22)
				.withStandardSlot((IItemHandlerModifiable)input, 1, 60, 22)
				.withStandardSlot((IItemHandlerModifiable)input, 2, 80, 22)

.

3.- Then change the implementation of this line

from:
final class ItemHandlerView implements IItemHandler {

to:
final class ItemHandlerView implements IItemHandlerModifiable {

and implement the method setStackInSlot like this:

		@Override
		public void setStackInSlot(int slot, ItemStack stack) {
			MultiTypeStorage.this.set(slot, new ItemSlot(stack));			
		}

That's all we managed to do, but i found the machine not working due to its commented code in lines 130, 168 and 181, so if you ever want to fix all the issues that remain, well, i guess these are pretty good starting points

due to my inexperience, i can't do more, so i wish all this helps you as an start
