Add privacy policy and disclaimer

I'm just preparing consent forms for use of any material at bigbrianproject.org and other outreach activities. Thereby I realised, that we do not have disclaimer and privacy policy yet. Do you have templates from other MNI pages that we could use? I guess this is an urgent todo.
In our next meeting we should discuss how to proceed with the consent form issue.
