Possible new exploit for skiovox (not a fix)

if you do the regular steps for v124 by clicking add new wifi then typing a then clicking diagnose then click open in settings then click out of the diagnose tab the do Ctrl-alt-shift r then click cancel then type in something into the password box then hit enter then do that again but before clicking enter you hover over recover user then hit enter and click recover user at the same time it will say chroot error then click try again and do this again then click try again it will stay in the password kiosk state even though the wifi is on. if anyone can do anything with this please let me know and if you can create a new exploit with this please give me credit.

Update: I have gotten close to a window but not yet I have gotten to a no internet error page on a kiosk app. Kiosk app I'm using: NWEA SECURE TESTING.
