Projection
Orange: Contains User
Number of layer layer_count
Orange: if layer_count > 100 layers
Red: if layer_count > 200 layers
QGIS Desktop version
Orange: if QGIS Server is 2 versions in front of QGIS Desktop ?
Red: if QGIS Server is X versions in front of QGIS Desktop ?
Red: if QGIS Server version is behind QGIS Desktop version
Target version
Red: if target LWC < 3.3, project is not displayed in landing page
Orange: if target LWC = 3.3, project will not be displayed soon
