Add CORS support for i.4cdn.org

There is support for CORS with the a. domain, however not for i.4cdn.org. I've installed an extension to allow playing the flash files on /f/ without Flash Player, but the plugin can't fetch the swf files from i.4cdn.org/f/ without the CORS header present.
