Allow mapping MIDI Gate on Note to params #434

In addition to mapping CCs to Params, allow mapping Gate signals (0/100%) to note events. This is especially useful for buttons.

When mapped, a Note On for that note will set the param to 100%. A Note Off will set it to 0%.
