Delete action of VNF/NSD should not delete the actual object.
We should mark it as DELETED and not display it in related lists and queries if possible

Is this still a requirement? Currently deletion of a VNF/NSD triggers a deletion of the VNF/NSD Package and a deletion of the record in the portal.
