Version mismatch

Demo website at metadata.jp says Exiftool version is 13.10,
yet readme.md in this repository states it should be 13.30.
Please make it clear.

One of the limitations of zeroperl is the Perl prefix is bundled inside it at compile time, including ExifTool which is at 13.42 in the latest release of zeroperl-ts/this library. The demo & README are both out of sync.
