Kei Kreutler is a developer, designer, and researcher interested in how cultural narratives of technologies shape their use, across such diverse fields as satellite observation and biotechnology.

She is a contributor to the unMonastery initiative, which aims to create a network of cooperative living spaces inspired by monasticism and hackerspace design patterns. Extending her work on networked practices for distributed communities, she is the co-founder of Patternist, a location-based, mixed reality platform for urban research.
She is an alum of Strelka Institute for Media, Architecture, and Design and currently lives in Berlin.
