Add development testing page for GraphQL queries

As a ACED architect, in order to provide solutions for data exploration at a finer level than windmill provides, I need to know how React, Dash and other components interact with graphql.   Additionally, in order to improve on guppy's limitations, we would like to query the BMEG/GRIP service
