- look into using azure notebooks
- be very explicit about all instructions
- budget setup instruction to be 10 minutes
- break wokrshops up into 3 notebooks
- make sure to install necessary packages at top of notebook in case they dont have them
- have a folder for the whole workshop that is neatly organized
- typical set up makes student download a zip-file and extract it
