Now that pyharm is (relatively) stable and has its core functionality worked out, it should have a better tutorial than an outdated Jupyter notebook or help text on scripts. Ideally this should involve:
Sample data from of some kind from e.g. KHARMA, preferably of an actual accretion disk in 2D or similar
Command-line usage of scripts
Numerical investigation with a Jupyter notebook, including plotting and calculation of basic diagnostics
Illustration of adding/standardizing elements of analysis as plugins to pyharm-movie or pyharm-analysis
