Allow users to add Fertilizer measurements to be taken in the field

Currently users can specify details about fertilizer to add to the field (info exported in Protocol tab), but can not ask about practices done in the field (Actual management).

2 solutions come to my mind:

• add a button to allow user to choose which info from the Fertilizer tab to add to Actual management
• add Fertilizer in management practices, but only allow Actual Management to be ticked (not Protocol, as the Fertilizer info that goes into the Protocol Excel tab are selected in the Fertilizer tab).

You might have a more coherent idea to propose.
