This package allows you to perform GWAS using the censored regression Tobit-I model. It contains some convenience functions for loading PLINK raw text files and rank transforming data that does not fit a normal distribution.

To use this package on Bianca, pull the container using Singularity on Rackham.
singularity pull docker://schmytzi/tobitgwas
Copy the SIF file to Bianca. Then you can run R in the container
singularity run tobitgwas_latest.sif R
