<history>Layer was downloaded as a shapefile by ITOS from HDX. It was then analyzed by ITOS for errors. Those errors were corrected and then the layer was sent back to UNOCHA as a feature class within a file geodatabase. The following errors were found and fixed by ITOS: 1. Fixed 9 multipart sliver errors. 2. Holes near the coastline have been removed if they do not determine admin boundary lines. The IMO has instructed ITOS to leave a hole near the border of India as is. 3. Created and populated a reference name field. 4. Admin4 name "Cox'S Bazar Sadar" was made Proper Case. 5. As instructed by IMO, ITOS has appended ISO code "BD" to p-codes</history>
