Add "Target Info" command

• pyOCD list outputs the connect debug adapters.
• pyOCD list --cbuild-run <file>.cbuild-run.yml should output in addition information about the connected target.

Add a menu command "Target Information" to this list

The "Target Information" command should output information about the debug adapter, potentially using above commands. Not sure if this needs to be mapped to tasks.json in a similar way as other commands in this menu.

What additional information is expected with the "--cbuild-run" option? If I execute the command with or without it, I get the same output.

Is this pyOCD specific? Or shall we have "Target Information" mapped via tasks.json to a debug adapter specific command? If the former assumption is correct: Wouldn't this be a feature of Debugger extension rather than solution extension? We could still add a menu entry for the feature but the command might be better placed as part of the debug extension.

I would prefer a tasks.json entry with label "CMSIS TargetInfo"

To me it is unclear how to handle the fact that *.cbuild-run.yml may not exist. In case that it does not exist the debugger may still reply with the available debug units.

Without *.cbuild-run.yml there won't be a debug adapter specific task, anyway.

Without *.cbuild-run.yml but with installed CMSIS-Debugger extension just run pyOCD list
