UX Improvement: Run/Stop Button + Launch/Attach action

The Load+Run Action button in VS Code starts a GDB Server that allows to attach a Debugger to a running system once a issue has been detected.

However the UX is unclear. Once the GDB Server is started:

• The Run+Load Action button should change the icon to "debug-stop" and hover over text to "Stop running"

• The Debug Launch Action button should change to Debug Attach (first core) Action button, with hover over text "Attach Debugger"

We have two buttons we can use to trigger different actions depending on the current state. Additionally, we have Erase, Load, and Run actions accessible from the ellipsis menu (...).

The buttons shall reflect the associated actions based on the current state:

• Unconfigured
  The active solution is not yet successfully configured (or built); i.e., cbuild-run.yml file or required output files are missing.
  • Play icon ▶️ (button disabled, greyed out)
  • Debug icon 🪲 (button disabled, greyed out)
• Idle
  • Play icon ▶️
    ... triggers the "CMSIS Load+Run" task.
  • Debug icon 🪲
    ... triggers the "Debugger (launch)" configuration.
• Running
  • Stop icon 🔲
    ... terminates the active "CMSIS xxx" task.
  • Attach icon
    ... triggers the "Debugger (attach)" configuration.
• Debugging
  • Stop icon 🔲
    ... terminates the active debug session.
  • Detach icon
    ... disabled/greyed out if session can't be detached
    ... trigger session detach if possible
• Loading
  • Stop icon 🔲
    ... terminates the active load task
  • Debug icon 🪲 (button disabled, greyed out)
• Erasing
  • Stop icon 🔲
    ... terminates the active erase task
  • Debug icon 🪲 (button disabled, greyed out)

The ellipsis menu (...) items for Erase, Load, and Run shall be disabled/greyed-out if not in idle state.
