Name blocked by navbar when I snap browser to half of screen

When my browser snaps to only half my screen on windows (700x900), then someone's directory page, I can no longer see their name because the navbar at the top blocks it. This only happens if I make my browser take up half the screen by doing a command on windows like (windows key + right), it doesn't happen if I click the restore down button. This issue is resolved if I manually drag the screen from full to half screen, but not if I refresh the screen.
