Consider supporting graduate student accounts as well #208
Description
Have gotten requests from grad students for a while to access marketplace, scheduler, etc. Shouldn't require any significant changes to the DB schemas. If we decide to go ahead with this, need to ask Graduate Student Council to be able to get an export of all grad students.
