Should we use CSV for data storage (Examples are user Moderation history and people XP (Mee6 XP system))
The pros

• Easier to open (Excel notepad etc)
• No need hasstle install etc
• no accounts are needed
  The Cons
• Data isn't encrypted/locked
• Maximum of 1million rows
