Branches: rename master to something-old, jaal2.0 to master #238

Why: when pull requests are created, GitHub always proposes creating the PR to the master branch, not jaal2.0, which is the actual production branch.

Old master branch containing work related to Giacomo Mariani's M.Sc. thesis preserved as tag archive/jaal1.0.

Branch jaal2.0 renamed to main which is now a protected branch.
