SOLUTION: SaO as OaS without Java

For those who don't even want to download SoA.java there is an easier way:

On Linux: `xdg-open http://localhost:3000/ && jwebserver -p 3000`
On Windows and Mac (untested): `open http://localhost:3000/ && jwebserver -p 3000`

Adjust sao.sh and/or sao.cmd accordingly.
