Add perpetual license in-app purchase

There are only subscription options in app right now.

Proposed solution

Add a in-app perpetual license for purchase like Adguard on iOS. A lot of people like me do not want to subscribe for software or register another account and add another layer of DRM for their software.

By the way, you can purchase perpetual license on our website https://adguard.com/en/license.html
It can be activated by going to AdGuard Mini Settings > License > vertical ellipsis (⋮) menu > Already purchased? > Enter activation code.

The key that you purchase on our website will be bound to the account that you specified during the purchase. However, it can be unbound in the account settings, and the account itself can be deleted through the same settings.
