<h2>Double Chocolate Cookies</h2>

<p>These cookies are so delicious! They are soft and chewy and have a rich chocolate flavor. They are perfect for any occasion!</p>
<h3>Ingredients</h3>
<ul>
<li>1 cup butter, softened</li>
<li>1 cup white sugar</li>
<li>1 cup packed brown sugar</li>
<li>2 eggs</li>
<li>2 teaspoons vanilla extract</li>
<li>1 teaspoon baking soda</li>
<li>½ teaspoon salt</li>
<li>3 cups all-purpose flour</li>
<li>2 cups semisweet chocolate chips</li>
<li>1 cup chopped walnuts</li>
<li>½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder</li>
</ul>
<h3>Directions</h3>
<ol>
<li>1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).</li>
<li>2. Cream together the butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla. Dissolve baking soda in hot water. Add to batter along with salt. Stir in flour, chocolate chips, and nuts. Drop by large spoonfuls onto ungreased pans.</li>
<li>3. Bake for about 10 minutes in the preheated oven, or until edges are nicely browned.</li>

<p>These oven roasted potatoes are amazing! Perfectly golden brown and crispy on the outside, tender on the inside - this is the best roasted potatoes recipe ever!</p>
<h3>Ingredients</h3>
<ul>
<li>2 pounds red or yellow skinned potatoes</li>
<li>2 tablespoons olive oil</li>
<li>1 teaspoon garlic powder</li>
<li>3 tablespoons fresh herbs chopped (rosemary, parsley, thyme, basil)</li>
<li>½ teaspoon paprika</li>
</ul>
<h3>Directions</h3>
<ol>
<li>1. Preheat oven to 425°F.</li>
<li>2. Wash potatoes (peel if desired) and cut into 1" pieces.</li>
<li>3. Place potatoes in a large bowl and toss with olive oil, garlic powder, herbs and paprika.</li>
<li>4. Spread potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake 20 minutes, turn potatoes and bake an additional 10-15 minutes or until potatoes are browned and crisp.</li>
