Adobe Admin Console access issues

Hello Team,

Please could you add a note to state if the customer currently do not have access to adobe admin console then they first need to request their account team to provision access. As currently not all adobe commerce customers have access to adobe admin console. The only customer who have access are the ones with appbuilder access. Appbuilder comes free with adobe commerce license however this needs to be added as $0 value contract for App Builder by the account team.
