Does this occur without other mods installed

The problem arises in a profile with only these 3 mods: LV, Ar, and FiskHeroes

Description of the problem

Make a Minecraft 1.7.10 Forge 10.13.4.1614 profile and add LibVulpes, Advanced Rocketry, and Fisk's Superheroes;
Start the game and make a New World;
See the game crash.

Because I'd like to make a modpack where one is able to travel space and be a superhero?
besides, the guys over at the other mod commented the exact opposite, why not use just their mod? kinda funny
