Mining skill 3x3 not working #100

Hey so ive tested the plugin for about a week but I have had issues with players not being able to use the mining skill?
Is there anything i can do in the config to fix this or is this just a bug?
How to reproduce
use the plugin as its default 1.21.11 and it doesnt work
