Need a convenient way of checking if any middleware is registered under a specific name to a hook.

For example

var hooks = require('cjs-sync-hooks')(),
    hook_name = "ping",
    middleware_name = "pong";

hooks.has( hook_name, middleware_name );
// false

hooks.add( hook_name, middleware_name, function(){} );

hooks.has( hook_name, middleware_name );
// true
