Root Access

I have rooted WSA. But - Root access cannot be enabled on selected device. Is there a way to fix this?

What do you get if you execute adb root in a terminal?

adbd cannot run as root in production builds

Usually, such a response specifies that the device is not rooted.
You can also try to execute adb shell whoami, and if the response is not root then the device is not in root mode.
There is another method, which involves opening root shell (adb shell -> su) and executing all commands in there, but this method is not supported in ADB Explorer.
