Date modified not retained when pulling photos/videos

I believe that this issue has been brought up a couple times.

ADB Explorer version is v0.9.25111
ADB - v35.0.2

I've attempted to pull files and videos one at a time and multiple selected, but no luck with both.

I have also checked to see if this was the case pulling files into a local location, instead of my NAS, with no luck

There is a setting for preserving the date modified, which should be on by default, can you verify that?

Yes the "Preserve File Date Modified" is still checked. I did a quick test pull and the issue still persists.
