Strange Swaync module Behaviour

As of today my waybar is suddenly missing my swaync module. I had formatted the module like so, "format": "{icon} {} ", But suddenly the icon part of this is breaking things. The module comes back if I remove the {icon} or flip it to "format": " {} {icon} ", But I liked it how I had it. Does anyone know what's up with this? Sorry if I am missing something obvious.
