Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Be able to change options on the fly

Describe the solution you'd like
Have a .txt file that you can change settings in without needed to recompile the entire program

Describe alternatives you've considered
Could use a .h file instead for ease of use, but would still need to recompile the program
