I am going to use a subdomain for port information that can be downloaded on install, may be easier to handle when installing the program instead of moving files from the git repo

Data that the program needs to use should either be in /opt/hawkeyes but the binary should be in the bin folder. The data used should either be moved from the git repo when building from source. Service port data could be downloaded from a subdomain on hawkeyes.dev.
