Wave Print can be of 2 types:

1. Row wise wave print: Ans = [1,2,3,4,14,13,12,11,21,22,23,24,34,33,32,31]
2. Column wise wave print: Ans = [1,11,21,31,32,22,12,2,3,13,23,33,34,24,14,4]
