Bulk Download?

I have searched for the answer to this because it seems so obvious but I couldnt see anything!

What is the optimal way of downloading the source images from the allsky pi? Is there anything within the gui (I couldnt find it)?

@james474789, many of us use SAMBA to transfer files to and from a PC or Mac. SAMBA is a protocol that allows you to make your Pi appear as a network drive on your PC or Mac. Look in the documentation for how to get it, or wait for the next Allsky release in about a month - it has a super easy way to install SAMBA.

I use FileZilla FTP software. It's really easy to setup and I have created bookmarks for the images folder and the log folder so I can get them really fast.

Winscp worked well for me, but I thought I was just missing something obvious in the UI.

I use WinSCP in SCP mode. Works well except my Pi's WiFi is kind of slow.

@chvvkumar, sorry, but Allsky can't help with slow Wi-Fi. LOL

Ha, I understand that, I mentioned that because if you are trying to download multiple day's worth of images (like I have to for my machine learning model training here that uses these images and the 'current' image to detect sky conditions https://github.com/chvvkumar/mlCloudDetect), then it takes forever to download the data.
