Describe what happened as precisely as possible.

When an Avatar Trigger using SetFromPointer has an execution delay or hold time, the pointer reference is lost, so the pointer cannot have its value retrieved once the delay is over. This leads to the trigger doing nothing.

Describe what you expected to happen instead.

The Avatar Trigger should have retrieved the value from the pointer instead of experiencing amnesia.

In as much detail as possible, describe the exact steps you took to make the problem appear.

  • Create Avatar Trigger
  • Set it to use SetFromPointer
  • Set that action to have a delay or hold time
  • Contact with a pointer and notice how the value is not copied
