Restrict Web3 browser to only show whitelisted websites by default #7126

@JamesSmartCell has implemented some changes to the wallet to restrict browsing to a set of whitelisted websites by default.
Users can manually switch this off by enabling develeoper option.
@hboon - can you bring the same changes to iOS browsers, as this helps with scam prevention.
