Comparing effect sizes

For the following plots I used the EA3 (𝑛 = 436987) data (excluding both UKB & 23 and Me) as the ascertainment set and compared effect sizes in the Movers (𝑛=152227) and Stayers (𝑛=177519) data. I included marginal densities, a regression line (colored) and a 1-1 line (black) on each plot along with a regression fit and summary for the un-grouped plots.
