User Acceptance Testing Checklist for Milestone 2

Status: PASSED

Target Date: Week of Feb 15

Testers: Program Executive, Program Manager, Lead Coach

General Test Plan

The testing will be performed remotely and monitored via video conference and screenshare. The UAT criteria consists of agreed features as well as bigs considered critical to the completion of the test criteria. 30 minutes is alloted for the test to be completed. Each item in the checklist is True or False based on whether the tester can complete the the task in the app and not requiring any external dependency. Support in the form of explaining or directing the Tester is allowed. Feedback is captured for documentation of enhancements and issues to be addressed for subsequent milestones.

UAT Criteria

Testers can utilize their mobile devices for testing

Actions can be recorded on video and application event logs

The Task List comprises the actions to be completed

Basic UX

(MVP) Coach can complete an attendance update for an existing roster in a current session documentation #53 opened 18 minutes ago @CritiqalPete

  • Coach can login
  • Coach sees a list of teams, primarily their own
  • Coach can select a team that belongs to them
  • Coach can select an active session to view an attendance roster
  • Coach can update attendance status on any/all students in the roster

Reporting

A transcript of the session will be provided for review by developers. Issues, feature requests, and qualitative feedback will be transcribed as tickets and stories for later review and prioritization for upcoming milestones. If UAT is deemed not to pass, it will be because one of the UX criteria is not met. This will be the automatic priority for development to complete the milestone.
